About Erin

I’m a Seattle transplant, having moved here from South Carolina to pursue a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School, graduating in 2011. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and an Approved Clinical Supervisor in the State of WA. Though I miss certain things about the South, I fell in love with the Pacific Northwest in all its culture and natural beauty. I’m a former college athlete who carries a deep love of sports and teams. I love the National Park Service, being outside, and learning from nature. The way I work and think about mental health has been influenced by my colleagues, coaches, teachers, family, my own therapeutic journey, work experiences…basically many relationships and life journeys! I’m former Co-President of the Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study and a Board Member of the International Forum for Psychoanalytic Education. Since graduating with my Master’s, I’ve worked in a wide range of mental health settings, including community mental health, ketamine clinics, an emergency department, and more! I received a Certificate of Completion in MDMA Assisted Psychotherapy from Lykos Therapeutics. After 11 years as a private practice therapist, I have shifted to offering consultation to healthcare professionals and businesses, as well as clinical supervision. I particularly enjoy working with new therapists as they begin working in clinics or start the journey of their own practice.
